FAQ

Each card purchased comes with one card and one matching envelope.

• Yes! We have a wonderful in house artist who does all of our watercolors, from concept (she paints from direct observation) to execution and everything in between. Once the watercolor is completed, it is scanned onto textured paper which is then glued onto its perfectly selected card stock.

• I ask you to remember that all of our cards are handcrafted and our art is all original. Once the art has been painted and printed, each card is put together by hand. We take special care to make sure each and every card is up to our quality standards. It is important to us that we provide our customers with a superior product as well as a piece of art. 

• Due to being a brand new small business, we are unable to facilitate returns at this time, but customer satisfaction is our top priority for us here at Creative Grace Watercolors, LLC. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please do not hesitate to reach out to creativegracewatercolors@gmail.com and we will be happy to find a creative solution.
